Dance:
Areas include set up, refreshments, decorating, clean-up, and
contacting
instructors/performers. |

Hospitality:
Responsible for greeting, assisting and accepting admission fees from
members and guests during chapter functions.
|
|
Dance
Hosts:
Male Dance Hosts seek out and dance with single ladies and newcomers at
chapter functions. |
|
Membership:
Will run membership drives and keep records of current members. |
|
Publicity:
Will disseminate chapter news and information to the public and media
via email, flyers, newsletter, press releases and PSAs. |
|
Newsletter:
To contribute and assist in the publication of a quarterly
newsletter for chapter news and events. |
|
Photographer:
To take pictures at chapter dances and submit those images to the
newsletter editor and webmaster. |
|
Outreach
Performance:
To provide dance demonstrations at public and media events for
educational purposes as well as entertainment. |
|
Competition
and
Special
Events:
Contribute time and ideas towards the planning and execution of an
annual amateur DanceSport competition, fundraisers, and
black-tie events. |
|
Youth-College:
To organize and act as liaison for college and high school ballroom
dance programs and events. |
