Our sixth annual “Black Tie Event” will be held Saturday, Oct. 2nd, at the

BLACK TIE DIRECTIONS:
Directions and a map will be posted in the near future.
PARKING: There will be plenty of parking in various lots around the premises.
TIME: Doors open at 6:00 for registration, no-host cocktail bar and open dancing. Sit-down dinner served at 7:00.
General dancing and entertainment from 8-11pm.

ENTERTAINMENT:Music will be provided by the fabulous duo, Rick & Jacquie Silva of the Colorado Connection, with a tremendous selection of ballroom dancing music to keep you up and dancing and your toes tapping throughout the evening.
PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE: Chad & Marie Burson will delight us with an International Standard pro show.

ADMISSION FEE: $35 for USA Dance members; $45 for non-members.

Please include your membership number.
Include your email address or phone number so that a confirmation can be sent out.
No tickets will be mailed out.
When purchasing admission, please give Sherry your entrée choice as described in the flyer (plus any special dietary needs). If you don’t choose, you will automatically receive chicken.
Note: members, if you are bringing a non-member guest, you’ll able to purchase their $45 admission during this early-bird timeframe as well.

1) Beginning August 1st, you can send in your check to Sherry Parmon as indicated above.
2) Admission sales will also be available at the Sept. 11th chapter dance unless we are sold out.
3) When purchasing admission, please give Sherry your entrée choice (plus any special dietary needs.) If you don’t choose, you will automatically receive the chicken. See information above.
DEADLINE FOR ADMISSION PURCHASE: Sept. 18 OR if sold out. Last year we sold out a month before the event, so please get your admission in early. We have a strict cut-off of 200 people, so hurry - don’t be left out.
All fees must be PREPAID. NO admission purchases offered at the door of the event.

Plus, when you send in your check for Black Tie admission to Sherry, please include a note to her that you have just submitted your membership application, since you won’t have a member number quite yet.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: Sherry will have assigned seating, so if you would like to sit with a group of friends at the 10-person tables, please let her know the names of the attendees in your group. Or, if you’d prefer to have random seating and are willing to make new friends, just let Sherry know, too.
