Our fourth annual “Black Tie Event” will be held Saturday, Oct. 25th, at the Cottonwood Country Club,

TIME: Doors open at 6:00 for registration, no-host cocktail bar and open dancing. Sit-down dinner served at 7:00. General dancing and entertainment from 8-11pm.

ENTERTAINMENT: Music to be provided by Deejay Paul Hubbard.
Recorded music with a wide variety of ballroom, Latin, swing and nightclub dance music.
PROFESSIONAL PERFORMANCE: Silviya & Yavor will delight us with a three-dance Int’l. Latin performance. Silviya & Yavor are 3rd place winners from the recent San Francisco Open Professional Rising Star Int’l. Latin division!ADMISSION FEE : $35 for USA Dance members; $45 for non-members.
PURCHASE INFO - MEMBERS: Advance admission sales for MEMBERS ONLY from July 12 through the entire month of August. As a benefit of being a USA Dance member, you can purchase your admission early. We’ll have a table set up for a short time at the July 12 Hawaiian dance. Cash or checks okay. Or, if you can’t make it, send your checks made payable to USA Dance, #4033 to Sherry Parmon, Chapter VP, 956 W. Citrus Way, Chandler, AZ 85248. Please include your membership # and your email address for confirmation. Also include any dietary needs.

PURCHASE INFO – NON-MEMBERS (two options):
1) Beginning Sept. 1st, you can send in your check to Sherry Parmon as indicated above, but please check with Sherry first (or check our website), to be sure event is not sold out. If it is sold out, we will create a waiting list. Please do not send a check to hold your name if sold out. Sherry will contact you if space becomes available.
2) Admission sales will also be available at the Sept. 20 chapter dance, unless we are sold out.
DEADLINE FOR ADMISSION PURCHASE: Oct. 1 OR if sold out. Last year we sold out a month before the event, so please get your admission in early. We have a strict cut-off of 220 people, so hurry - don’t be left out. All fees must be PRE-PAID. NO admission purchases offered at the door of the event.
Have you been thinking of becoming a member? Now’s the time! You are welcome to join the chapter to receive the discounted member rate at any time. Plus, when you send in your check for Black Tie admission to Sherry, please include a note to her that you have just submitted your membership application, since you won’t have a member number quite yet.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS: Sherry will have assigned seating, so if you would like to sit with a group of friends at the 10-person tables, please email her with the names of the people you wish to sit with. Also, please indicate who are members & who are non-members. Or, if you’d prefer to have random seating and are willing to make new friends, just let Sherry know that, too.
