Our
seventh annual “Black
Tie
Event” will be held Saturday, Oct.
13th,
at the
Cottonwood Country Club
25630
Brentwood Dr.
Sun Lakes, AZ 85248
Please
note: We are back at the
beautifully renovated Cottonwood
Country Club which is the same location as last year's Black Tie Event.
The enterance to the ballroom is located near the pool area on the east
side of the building.

TIME:
Doors open at 6:00 for registration, no-host cocktail bar and open
dancing.
Sit-down dinner served at 7:00.
General
dancing and
entertainment from 8-11pm.
PARKING:
There
will be plenty of parking in various lots around the
premises.

ENTERTAINMENT:Music
will be provided by the fabulous duo, Rick &
Jacquie Silva of the Colorado Connection, with a tremendous selection
of
ballroom
dancing music to keep you up and dancing and your toes tapping
throughout the evening.

PERFORMANCE: Donovan
& Carolyn
Dominguez will delight us with a fabulous pro show.
PHOTO
OPS: Diane’s
Design Photography will be setup from
6-7 PM only to take professional photos of you. $15 for a 5x7,
including tax & shipping. Bring home treasured memories.
MENU: Your
choice of 2 entrees! Choose either Chicken Chasseur (sautéed
chicken with tomatoes, mushrooms, shallots and white wine) OR Grilled
Salmon.
Also, pear and candied walnut salad with feta plus raspberry
vinaigrette, wild rice blend, oven roasted vegetables, and for dessert,
chocolate layer cake with raspberry sauce. Yummy! Vegetarian and
special dietary needs available.
ADMISSION
FEE: $35 for USA Dance
members; $45 for non-members.

DEADLINE
FOR ADMISSION PURCHASE:
Sept. 30 OR if sold out. Last year we sold out a month before the
event, so please get your admission in early. We have a strict cut-off
of 200 people, so hurry - don’t be left out.
All
fees must be
PREPAID. NO admission purchases offered at the door of the
event.

welcome to
join the chapter to receive the discounted member rate at any time.

SEATING
ARRANGEMENTS: Beth will have assigned seating, so if you would
like to sit with a
group of friends at the 10-person tables, please let her know the names
of the attendees in your group. Or, if you’d prefer to have
random seating and are willing to make new friends, just let Beth
know, too.
